Grapes grown on Cambrian soil in Colbinabbin, hand picked in March . fermented naturally with 50% wholebunch and macerated for 18 days . After pressing half is matured in barrel , half in tank for 6 months on fine lees . The wine was bottled unfiltered in September 2023 .
