wine is a drink

Bertrand started making wine with his brother Bernard in 2009, and in 2015 launched his own label . Based in Castlemaine, Central Victoria, grapes are sourced from neighbourhood vineyards, managed by vignerons with whom Bertrand collaborates. The wines are made with minimal addition, low intervention, and with respect for our environment and people. The wines fall into 3 categories :

            Vin de soif : to drink on its own, easy drinking

                 Vin de table : to drink with food, matching

            Vin de meditation : to drink with words, tasting
