Greco di Tufo from Colbinabbin on Cambrian soil, fourth year of production on regrafted vines . Handpicked in March, Wholebunch press, barrel fermented and matured on lees for 12 months. Blended together in tank for a few months, with the first addition of sulfur before bottling in April 2024 . Unfiltered .
