Greco di Tufo from Colbinabbin on Cambrian soil, fifth year of production on regrafted vines . Handpicked in March, Wholebunch press, barrel fermented and matured on lees for 12 months. Blended together in tank , with the first addition of sulfur before bottling in April 2025 . Unfiltered .
