mourvedre-syrah-nebbiolo cofermented in a demijohn placed in the installation by Cameron Robbins at the Market building during the Castlemaine festival 2021 in mid-march and at the exhibition “the National” at MCA, Sydney from end of March to August 2021 . The wine was bottled in July 2021 with a small addition of partially unfermented juice to create a slight fizz in the resulting wine .During the fermentation , the wine has produced many drawings , one of them is on the label now . Serve chilled .
